Dotty Monster appears in the Mopatop's Shop episode "Warm Snow".

Her real name is Dorothea, but all her friends call her Dotty. She enters the shop on a warm day, looking to buy a cold snowy day. Mopatop finds her a bag of nice fresh cold snow, and Puppyduck supplies her with warm clothes. Shortly afterwards, Dotty comes back, saying that the snow is too cold. As luck would have it, Moosey Mouse has been cutting a paper snowflake for his room, and all the extra pieces of paper start to fall down in the shop like warm snow.

The puppet was originally used as Murray on Fraggle Rock.
