Doris Baaten in Mamma Mia

Doris Baaten (b. 1956) is a Dutch singer and actress who has performed various female voices on Sesamstraat, the Dutch co-production of Sesame Street.

Her characters include Countess Dahling Von Dahling, Polly Darton, Meryl Sheep, and Deena. She was also featured in many musical numbers during the 1980s, singing "I Believe in Little Things," for example. Baaten is active in the Dutch theater scene, recently starring in the regional versions of such musicals as Mamma Mia! and Evita.
