Doc Bullfrog is the well-to-do owner of the Riverside Restaurant. He is a judge at the first annual Christmas tallent contest, and he helps wrap up the "happy ending" of this Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas by offering the Frogtown Jubilee Jug Band and Alice Otter a permanent gig singing and playing in his establishment.
