"Do It On My Own" is sung by Red Fraggle, who is convinced that she needs no help from anyone while preparing for her swimming show, despite the assistance offered by the other Fraggles. This song is featured in the Fraggle Rock episode "Let the Water Run."

The song also appeared in an episode of the Fraggle Rock animated series, "No Fraggle Is an Island", sung by Gobo Fraggle.
