Dirtballs is a company founded by Oscar the Grouch (C.E.O. and Chief Operation Officer) in a 2010 episode of Sesame Street. The company was created to spread dirt around the street in an effort to make it less clean. The sole employees of the company are Hiram and Burt.

While they go around spreading dirt to various people, Oscar finds that dirt is more helpful to the street residents than harmful. After Hiram and Burt turn on Oscar and sing in praise of dirt's usefulness, Oscar shuts down the company.
