- "David Suzuki: Tasting"- David Suzuki and his two daughters, Severn and Sarika do an experiment to see which part of the tongue tastes different things, ie - salt, vinegar, lemon juice and sugar. This segment lasted until the Sesame Park era. (86V07)
- "Kittens are Born"- This segment ceased airing before the Sesame Park era.
- "Collecting in a Swamp"- This segment ceased airing before the Sesame Park era.
A character named Dr. Bouzouki was added in 1988, as a recurring parody Muppet, who also taught science.
