A renowned overseas reporter, he is the current anchor of World News Saturday and co-anchor of Primetime. In addition, he reports for all ABC News broadcasts and platforms, including World News with Charles Gibson, Good Morning America, 20/20, and Nightline.
For Charles Gibson's World News on November 10, 2009, Muir reported on Sesame Street's 40th anniversary with some help from Murray Monster and Abby Cadabby. On December 18 of the same year, the trio also appeared in a video montage for Charles Gibson's final goodbyes on the show.
