David Finch is a two-beaked bird who appeared in the "Monsterpiece Theater" sketch "Twin Beaks." Finch is one of the diner patrons encountered by Agent Cookie, and introduces himself, but drags his companion Laura away before she can give out any answers.

The character is a spoof of filmmaker David Lynch, creator of the original Twin Peaks series.
