David A. Caplan

David A. Caplan is a sitcom writer and producer who wrote several episodes of Dinosaurs with his writing partner Brian Lapan. Caplan's other credits include scripts for Roseanne and Parker Lewis Can't Lose and executive producer of the sitcoms Kelly Kelly, The Drew Carey Show, and George Lopez.
