Daniel Picard is a French-Canadian voice actor who dubbed Fozzie Bear in Les Muppets (The Muppets).

Picard is the Québécois voice of Alan Rickman in the Harry Potter movies, Jim Carrey in most films, Ray Liotta in Cop Land and others, Aaron Eckhart in Paycheck and The Dark Knight, Robert Downey, Jr. in Iron Man 2 and The Avengers, Pierce Brosnan in Mars Attacks!, and Billy Zane in Titanic.

In animation, Picard dubbed Tigger in the Winnie the Pooh franchise, the title role in Megamind, Bernie Kropp in The Incredibles, Phoebus in The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Mayor Lionheart in Zootopia, Mr. Fox in The Fantastic Mr. Fox, Mr. Mackey on South Park, and Peter Griffin on Family Guy. Video games include Far Cry 3 and the Assassin's Creed series (as George Washington and others).

Apart from dubbing, Picard wrote the song "A la plus haute branche" which was selected through a contest for Céline Dion's 2016 French-language album Encore un soir.
