Daisy-Head Mayzie is a little girl who has a daisy sticking out of her head. She was featured in the Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss episode "The Guest" with her mother, Mrs. Casaba. She introduces herself to Larry Nooly. They play for a while until the Grinch ruins it for them.

Daisy-Head Mayzie was the title character in a story by Dr. Seuss, which was published posthumously. The character debuted in a Hanna-Barbera animated special, produced in 1994, and released in 1995 (along with a new book, featuring the Cat in the Hat but with illustrations by a ghost artist).
