Daffy Duck

Daffy Duck first appeared in 1937, and soon became a mainstay of the Warner Bros. Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons.

Daffy (along with fellow Warner Bros. star Bugs Bunny) appeared with the Muppet Babies in the 1990 animated television special Cartoon All-Stars to the Rescue.

Years later, in Looney Tunes #47, the December 1998 issue of the DC Comics publication based on the cartoons, Daffy starred in "Puppet Regime." The story involved Daffy's schemes against the stars of an upcoming children's movie, broad parodies of Barney the Dinosaur, Bananas in Pajamas, and the Sesame Street cast (here identified as "Schmuppets.")
