Da Rules (W.O.F's Rap) is a rap song sung by the World's Oldest Fraggle in Episode 311: The Beanbarrow, the Burden and the Bright Bouquet. The song is supposed to lay out the rules for the All-Day, Cross-Cave Beanbarrow Race Finals, but in actuality simply counts down from ten to one in silly Fraggle fashion.
