D.K. (short for Douglas Knox) is John Crichton's longtime friend on Farscape. The pair came up with the theory of using planetary gravity to boost space travel, which formed the basis of IASA's Farscape Project (piloted by John Crichton).

In the fourth season episode "Terra Firma," D.K. was killed by a Skreeth along with his wife Laura Kopecki.
