Cynthia Rose is a student of Miss Kathleen’s class that attends. She was different than the students there such as she wears two different color socks and always stands in the back of the line.

She appears in the musical number, "Starfish and Coffee," on episode 201 of Muppets Tonight.

The Cynthia Rose puppet was first used as a background doctor on E-I-E-I-OR in episode 110.
