Crystal Gayle

Crystal Gayle (b. 1951) is a country-pop singer. She was the guest star on Episode 402 of The Muppet Show. She also sang Songs with Big Bird on the album Sesame Country.

Signature hit is "Don't it Make My Brown Eyes Blue."

CMA award winner for Top Female Vocalist in 1977 & 1978.

Inducted into the Native American Hall of Fame in 2001. She is of Cherokee ancestry.

Older sister Loretta Lynn was also a Muppet Show guest.
