Cree Summer (b. 1969) is a voice actress best known for playing Penny on Inspector Gadget, Elmyra on Tiny Toon Adventures, Susie on Rugrats, Foxxy Love on Drawn Together, and Numbuh 5 and Cree in Codename: Kids Next Door, as well as a long-running role as Freddie Brooks on TV sitcom A Different World (a spin-off from The Cosby Show). She voiced Kida in the 2001 Disney film, Atlantis: The Lost Empire. In 1981, she was heard as Debbie in the Sesame Street album Camping in Canada. She later voiced Pilgrim and Kermit's Mom in Kermit's Swamp Years.
