Cree Summer
Cree Summer (b. 1969) is a voice actress best known for playing Penny on Inspector Gadget, Elmyra on Tiny Toon Adventures, Susie on Rugrats, Foxxy Love on Drawn Together, and Numbuh 5 and Cree in Codename: Kids Next Door, as well as a long-running role as Freddie Brooks on TV sitcom A Different World (a spin-off from The Cosby Show). In 1981, she was heard as Debbie in the Sesame Street album Camping in Canada. She later voiced Pilgrim and Kermit's Mom in Kermit's Swamp Years.
