Cousin Pepe is Elmo's Mexican cousin in Sesame Street Stays Up Late!. Identical to Elmo, except with a bushy moustache, Pepe reports with Rosita on how the children of Mexico ring in the New Year. Much to Pepe's annoyance, Rosita repeatedly interrupts him in the middle of reporting.
