"Count on Me" is sung by Count von Count and Loretta Lynn (together again for the very first time).

The Sesame Street Unpaved book says that Count von Count's favorite songs are "Born to Add" and "Count on Me."

The song was later used in Let's Be Friends as sung by Big Bird and Snuffy.

Trivia

• For the filmed version, Richard Hunt (assisted by Pam Arciero) puppeteered the Count to Jerry Nelson's vocals, as Nelson was out sick.
