Cookie Hood looks similar to Cookie Monster, with the addition of a mustache and Robin Hood-like clothing. He speaks with a British accent and is similar to Robin Hood - as he steals cookies from people with too many cookies and gives cookies to people who don't have enough cookies. He has a horse, Marian.

Cookie Hood appeared in Episode 4033 of Sesame Street.
