The Connie Stevens Muppet appeared at the end of Episode 102 of The Muppet Show. She was a puppet likeness of guest star Connie Stevens.
The puppet was built as part of an early Muppet Show tradition to present each guest star with their own Muppet counterpart. This tradition did not last long, as Stevens and Juliet Prowse were the only guests to receive their own Muppet.
