Colin Foo is a Canadian-based character actor who appeared in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie as a hard-of-hearing security guard, playing off Fozzie Bear.

Born and raised in Asia, Foo left home to study at the Royal College of Art & Design in London and went on to achieve a second Master's Degree in Graphic Design at St. Martin's. He speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin, is a pianist, an award-winning baritone singer, and an internationally renowned artist. He is also an accomplished chef and had his own cooking show on Rogers Cablevision, still appearing as a frequent guest star on the network. His TV credits include appearances on Smallville, Eureka, The Outer Limits, and Highlander

He is also known for performing impressions, including The Muppet Show guest stars Liberace and Elton John.
