Clucky Luciano is a small chicken who, despite his size, is the leader of a gang of chickens in a Sesame Street sketch spoofing Boardwalk Empire, "Birdwalk Empire."

He squares off against Nucky Ducky and his duck cohorts in claiming the correct way to walk on the birdwalk. Agent Van Cuckoo arrives and gives them a solution - create a walk they can all do together. The birds make up a new walk and end their feud.

He is a parody of real-life gangster Lucky Luciano, played by Vincent Piazza on Boardwalk Empire.
