Circe Luna is a Mexican voice actress who has dubbed Junior Kangaroo in The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss, Princess Charming in CinderElmo, and Rapunzel in El Mundo de Elmo, the Mexican dub of Elmo's World.

She has done Spanish dubbing for Chloe Sullivan in Smallville, Rachel Keller in The Ring, plus many anime characters like Rika Sasaki in Cardcaptor Sakura, Sora in Digimon, and Pan in Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Z.
