Chris Knowings

Christopher Lawrence Knowings (b. February 25, 1980) is an actor who joined the cast of Sesame Street in Season 38 as Chris.
Born in the Bronx, Knowings began his acting career at the age of 13, appearing in Spike Lee's 1994 film Crooklyn as Nate Carmichael, one of the principal characters.In television, he was a regular on the 2001 Nickelodeon series Taina as Lamar Johnson. Other TV credits include guest appearances on Law & Order, New York Undercover, and 100 Centre Street.
