Cheryl Wagner is a Canadian actress, puppeteer, producer and writer who performed Ma Gorg on Fraggle Rock and being Jim Henson's right hand when performing Cantus the Minstrel and Convincing John.

She has served as producer and writer on successful Canadian children's programs like Panda Bear Daycare and The Big Comfy Couch together with Rob Mills.

She is now president of Periscope Pictures Inc.; on February 3, 2011, the first day in the Year of the Rabbit, it launched a new preschool web series called BunnyBop!
