Charlie the Ogre is Taminella Grinderfall's henchman in the Tales of the Tinkerdee pilot. Glimpsed only as a pair of over-sized legs in rags, Charlie towers over the other characters and uses a club to carry out the wishes of "Miss Tammy." Elements of Charlie's personality and role as Taminella's goon were incorporated into Sweetums in The Frog Prince.
