Charlie (Emmet Otter)

Charlie is Emmet's friend in Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas. He plays the cigar-box banjo in the Frogtown Jubilee Jug Band.
His full name isn't given in the TV special; in Russell and Lillian Hoban's book, he's called "Charlie Beaver", although his species may have been swapped with Harvey for the special.
