Charles the Robot

Oscar's robot, Charles.

Oscar the Grouch built Charles the Robot to obey his every command. Template:Designer Unfortunately, whenever he was asked to do something, Charles shuddered, shook & fell apart.

Charles had a voice similar to Boris Karloff.
