Chantal Strand is a French-Canadian actress known mainly for her voice-acting roles in animation. Strand's credits include the pink dragon Cassie on the Sesame Workshop animated children's series Dragon Tales, Bijou on the North American version of the Japanese anime Hamtaro and various roles on the DiC series Madeline.
Strand appeared as Nancy Nut-What in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie .
