Chantal Strand is a French-Canadian actress who appeared as Nancy Nut-What in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie.

Strand is best known for her animation voice work, playing the pink dragon Cassie on the Sesame Workshop animated children's series Dragon Tales, Bijou on the anime series Hamtaro, and various roles on Madeline. For the Henson Company, she voiced Valerie Velociraptor on Dinosaur Train.
