Celeste Koon is a Canadian filmmaker and television art department staff member, best known for her live action children's short films. She produced two segments aired on Sesame Street.
In 2013, she developed the live action multimedia short films "A is for Adventure" season 44. She was writer, director, and production designer for the segment, created alongside Toronto and Sesame Workshop producers. Celeste was chosen through a pitch sessions at TIFF Kids Film Festival, open to talent that had previously participated in TIFF's professional development programmes.and "O is for Ocean" for Sesame Street. Her short film The Intergalactic Space Adventures of Cleo and Anouk (2012) was screening at that year's TIFF Kids festival. She previously produced Paper Princes, Gypsies, and the Boy With No Return Address (2009), another independent short for children; both screened at international film festivals.
She is currently "developing new children’s and youth properties with Radical Sheep Productions", best known for Big Comfy Couch.
