Moving pages to new titles
Edit
I am in the process of moving the articles on family positions to different titles due to non-plurality (e.g. "Father" being moved to "Fathers", "Daughter" to "Daughters", etc). Please let me know of any problems. Thanks! Matt H. (talk) 02:41, April 15, 2010 (UTC)
duplicating our work
Edit
I'm confused. Can someone explain to me how the twelve other articles in this category are different from what's collected at Muppet Relatives? -- Scott (talk) 03:34, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- I dunno. Originally, I had Mother, Father, Brother, etc. all redirects to Muppet Relatives. Then Peter decided that was misleading -- see Talk:Muppet Relatives -- and created all the Family Lists. I think they're unnecessary, myself. -- Danny (talk) 03:47, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- When you make a link that brings you to a specific spot on a page, like this: Muppet_Relatives#Grover -- Scott (talk) 13:56, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
- Of course, there's still the problem of including new additions on both the main list and on the subcategory. Also, what about non-Muppet relatives? With this main list, I was reluctant to add family for humans, creatures, or cartoon characters, but with a page labeled Son, it seems naturaly to have Robbie Sinclair and Baby Sinclair, or for that matter Nicky Holiday on Brother. Recently, Nick created Grandparent, including Harriet. So, what? Should there be seperate lists for Human Relatives (there's enough to justify it), Creature Relatives (plenty from Dinosaurs, but otherwise, fairly scarce), and so on?
