Episode Numbering

Where does the episode numbering use come from -- production order? airing sequence (and in what market)? official Henson company listings? Generally excepted fan delusions? Can anyone explain why episode "so-and-so" is dubbed episode "130" and not "122" or "201")? -- Brad D. (talk) 00:45, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
