Carlton Cuse (b. 1959) is an American screenwriter and producer, most famous as executive producer and screenwriter for the American television series Lost.

Cuse and show co-creator Damon Lindelof appeared alongside the Muppets in various episodes of Lost Slapdown, an online behind the scenes webseries produced by ABC.
