Suzy and Mack in a C&P Telephone Commercial

Muppets, Inc. produced ten 10-second ads for C&P Telephone Co. of VA in 1964 and 1965; the ads aired from 1965 to 1968. The ads starred Mack and Suzy, who made a similar set of ads for Southern Bell Telephone in 1966.

In one ad, Suzy asks Mack if he checks the telephone directory, to which he replies, "No!" Suzy tells him that people who don't use the telephone directory sometimes blow up... Mack blows up on cue.
