Bully, Telly and the Honkers
Bully is Telly 's cousin, who comes to visit in the "High Noon" online storybook. He is a blue monster with a pink nose, yellow horns and a brown mustache. Despite what Oscar says, he is not a big and mean tough guy. He's just a fun-loving monster who plays the banjo.
