Bonnie Hunt (b. 1964) is an American actress and comedian, and is currently the host of her own talk show, The Bonnie Hunt Show.

Elmo has appeared on her show several times. In one appearance, Elmo and Abby Cadabby made puppets with Hunt. Pepe the King Prawn has also made an appearance, where he became fascinated with Hunt's Christmas sweater.

Aside from being a comedic actress, Hunt is also a writer and director, receiving a writers credit on Disney-Pixar's Cars, in which she also supplied the voice of Sally Carrera (and reprises the role in Cars 2.) She has also provided voices in Disney-Pixar's Monsters, Inc. and A Bug's Life.

On the big screen, Hunt has starred in Jumanji (with Robin Williams), The Green Mile (playing Tom Hanks' wife), Beethoven and Beethoven's 2nd (with Charles Grodin), and the Cheaper by the Dozen films (with Steve Martin).
