Bob Halligan (b. 1953), also known as Bob Halligan Jr. and Robert Halligan, is a musician, singer, songwriter, and composer who co-wrote songs for the Inner Tube pilot with Phil Galdston.
Halligan is lead singer and guitar player for the Celtic band Ceili Rain. With Galdston, he wrote songs for Nickelodeon's Roundhouse. In recordings, he played guitar and piano on Joan Jett's 1987 album Good Music and wrote songs recorded by Judas Priest, Cher, and Helix.
