Blue Hand

A blue hand can be seen in the teaser for episode 222 of The Muppet Show. Teresa Brewer tells Scooter she could use a hand, and in enters this fuzzy monstrosity. If meant to have been a full character, the owner of the hand could very well have been the largest Muppet ever.
