Blarney first appeared in Episode 406: Terrible Twos, in which Baby Sinclair watches one of his videos, and he appeared again in Episode 413: Into the Woods, during a commercial for his video collection.
A similar Barney spoof, Georgie, appeared as a full-bodied character in Episode 414: Georgie Must Die.
