Billy is a kid who one day meets up with his friends Tommy, Susie, and Maurice, and together they sing a song called "Just Around the Corner." Each of the kids take a verse and give clues as to where abouts in the city they're going. For Billy's part, he's going someplace where people like to go on nature hikes and picnics. He adds that there is always space to take a bike ride. It doesn't take long for his friends to figure out where he is going: the park.
