Bill O'Reilly (born William James "Bill" O'Reilly, Jr., 1949) is an American television personality, author, and political commentator. O'Reilly is best known for hosting the FOX News program, The O'Reilly Factor.

Bill O'Reilly met his Grouch likeness on a November 2009 episode of his show, when Spill O'Reilly made an appearance.
