Bill Lawrence (b. 1969) is the creator and executive producer of the sitcom Scrubs. Lawrence had previously created Spin City (with Michael J. Fox and Richard Kind) and has written for Boy Meets World, Clone High, and The Nanny.

Lawrence appeared as himself, alongside the cast of Scrubs, when he fired an obstinate Miss Piggy in It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie.
