Bigmouth Fraggle is one of the named Ancient Fraggles. He is seen in Episode 508: Mokey, Then and Now. Bigmouth is a greyish colored Fraggle and as his name implies speaks a lot, whereas the Ancient Fraggle's leader, Fishface, says very little.
