Big Jeffy

Big Jeffy is a member of Little Jerry and the Monotones on Sesame Street. Big Jeffy was the bass singer.
He also appeared as a member of Little Chrissy and the Alphabeats in the songs "I Go to School", "Kindergarten", and "Gonna Rock You to Sleep", in which he replaced the Lavender Alphabeat in those songs.
Big Jeffy was named after Jeff Moss, who performed the character's voice. Jerry Nelson performed him in a sketch where the Monotones assist Grover in demonstrating the word "walk", and Kevin Clash performed him in Episode 3898, during Little Jerry and the Monotones' comeback appeareance.
During his gigs with Little Chrissy, his hippie garb was replaced with a red Alphabeat shirt. Later in Episode 3898, he got a new revised look with a white shirt and fringed leather vest.
