Betty Buckley (b. 1947) is an accomplished stage and film actress, best known for her work in the television show Eight is Enough and for her role as Grizabella from the hit musical CATS.

Buckley contributed a "Parmesan Potatoes" recipe for Miss Piggy's 1996 cookbook, In the Kitchen with Miss Piggy.
