Columbia Tristar Home Video released a set of VHS cassette tapes featuring 36 episodes of the Best of The Muppet Show in 2001. Each video contains six uncut episodes, complete with UK spots, but without original openings for the season 1 episodes. This set was sold exclusively by HMV in the UK. If purchased in the stores the six-tape set also came with a small Kermit plush.

Columbia Tristar and HMV released a 4 set DVD boxset in 2003 with 28 episodes. Each DVD contains seven uncut episodes, complete with UK spots, but without original openings for the season 1 episodes.
