Benny the Bat

Benny is a brown fruit-bat who lives in the attic of the Big Blue House and also sometimes sleeps in a tree near the Otter Pond. He speaks with a Brooklyn accent. He first appeared in the episode "Bats are People Too." He is a good friend of Treelo's and they sometimes hang upside-down together, or share a banana.

The puppet used for Benny was originally used for Leia the Fruit Bat on The Animal Show, episode 102.
