Backstage with Elmo is a series of "web exclusive" video clips showcased on Sesamestreet.org beginning in August 2008. The clips feature Elmo chatting with recent celebrity guests.

Another web exclusive celebrity interview format was started in 2011, with Conversations with Bert.
