Musical numbers performed in backstage locations of the Muppet Theater or other locales, rather than on the theater stage.

Valerie Harper sings "Broadway Baby" backstage (episode 120)

The Electric Mayhem performs "Fugue for Frog" backstage (episode 123)

Steve Martin and the jugband play "Dueling Banjos" in the auditorium (episode 208)

Gonzo sings "Wishing Song" backstage (episode 209)

Bernadette Peters and the Muppets sing "Just One Person" in the guest star's dressing room (episode 212)

Elton John sings "Bennie and the Jets" in the guest star's dressing room (episode 214)

The entire show - including on-platform performances of "You're Lookin' at Country," "All Alone," "Oh, Lonesome Me," "The Rhyming Song," and "One's on the Way" - takes place at a railway station; additionally, Gonzo sings "Sentimental Journey" to Kermit while they travel by hand car to the station.
